The owner of Prime Invest, Mr. Berndt W. Goßlau, has more than 30 years of experience. Since 1992, real estate investments in US and Europe have been structured for semi-professional and professional investors.
Prime Invest has many years of experience in Real Estate Investment, Multifamily and Aircraft Investment. We look at investments from the perspective of investors and know the specifics that need to be considered. A network of competent consultants ensures that we are always up to date with the development of legal and fiscal legislation and other requirements.
The individualization of individual investments according to the needs of investors is a matter of course.
For special questions we rely on external, experienced consultants, which underlines our philosophy of a lean structure with the highest possible efficiency.

After extensive training and further education, professional experience at national and international banks combined with management tasks, Mr Reinhard Hopp ended his employment relationship in 2012 in order to dedicate himself exclusively to the lived topic of customer service in wealth management as Managing Director at bhopp Consulting. This is a wide-ranging field of activity in which he seeks the best solution the market has to offer for clients of all kinds. With teams that fulfil (almost) every requirement. “Added value” can be defined in different ways. We are only satisfied when our commitment has achieved “this measurable difference” for you.

Cecil M. Philips
Specialist Students Housing and Affordable Housing
Cecil Phillips was born and raised in Missouri, and has lived in Atlanta since 1971.
He received his B.A. with honors from the University of Missouri and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan.
From 1971-1979, Mr. Phillips was an associate and then a partner in the Atlanta law firm of Alston & Bird.
From 1979-1983, he was Special Assistant and Executive Assistant to the Governor of Georgia.
Cecil is the co-founder and Chair of Impact Housing Group. Impact Housing develops affordable, workforce housing, using modern volumetric modular construction methods.
Impact Housing is a fully-integrated firm that offers clients one-stop shopping, from assembly to site work and completion. Impact Housing has acquired its first modular assembly facility and will commence construction of its second facility in March 2022. Impact Housing’s facilities are capable of producing single family housing (including town homes, duplexes and Accessory Dwelling Units) as well as multifamily housing.
Prior to co-founding Impact Housing, Cecil was Chair and CEO of Place Properties, LP. Mr. Phillips financed and developed more than 60,000 bedrooms of on campus and off-campus student housing at 30 different campuses. Place Properties also developed and financed off-base housing for soldiers and Marines, as well as capital infrastructure projects for colleges and universities throughout the country. These projects included public elementary schools, parking decks, classrooms, laboratories, retail and athletic venues. All these projects were financed exclusively with private capital, with no debt obligation required from the educational institutions or any government agency.
Mr. Phillips has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Lottery Corporation, Chairman of the Board of Visitors at Emory University, Chair of the Georgia Policy Council on Children and Families, Chairman of the Dean’s Council of the Emory University School of Public Health, Commissioner and Chairman of the Atlanta Housing Authority, Chairman of the Atlanta Regional Board of Teach for America, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Howard School. Mr. Phillips has been a member of The Council on Foreign Relations since 1997. He also served on the board and as chair of a publicly held financial institution.
Mr. Phillips is married. He and his wife Carol have three daughters, Megan,Chesley and Lydia.

Ms Goßlau worked as a secretary at the law firm Hemmelrath und Partner and has organised PrimeInvest’s back office since 2002.
